Salon International 2024 - FREE Broadband Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, you authorise us to process the data you have provided as an entry into this competition. The closing date of this competition is Thursday the 17th October 2024. The winner will be announced when drawn on Friday the 1^st November 2024, and we will use the details provided by you above to contact you.

By entering, you are also authorising us to carry out a customer experience audit on your business, which will consist of us contacting you on your main telephone number on a couple of occasions, solely for the purpose of assessing your customer experience, i.e what your customer is currently experiencing when they contact you by phone. We will use this audit to present you with how you currently sound, along with an enhanced customer experience example, developed solely by us at Salon Comms, to highlight the improvements that can be made, and to provide you with a showcase as to how we can help in this area of your business.

The Promoter

Salon Comms is a trading style of AMA Business Communications, the “company” (company registration 12525039) is legally responsible for administering this prize draw. Registered address, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. For ease of definitions in the following terms, the company shall be known as “Salon Comms” or “we”.

Terms

1.1 This competition is open to business owners, aged 18 or over only

1.2 Any entries where any other role within the business has entered, they will need to ensure that they have full permission from the business owner that they are entering on behalf of.

1.3 This prize is non-exchangeable, not transferable and have no cash value

1.4 A Superfast Broadband service is available to the winner, based on a maximum 80/20 SoGEA or FTTP connection. 

1.5 Broadband connections shall only be installed within mainland United Kingdom

1.6 The new circuit installation will be based on a standard Openreach installation service, which will see the new circuit installed within 1 metre of the nearest available power source to the point of entry to the building or premises. A premium service is available, where this circuit can be installed upto 30 metres within the building or premises from the point of entry. Should you require a premium service installation, you accept the installation fee of £99 + vat (one-off).

1.7 A router will be provided, pre programmed with your log-in credentials, and posted to your business premises address.

1.8 This offer does not include our ‘WiFi range guarantee’, however if you’d like to expand your WiFi network and the signal coverage area, we can provide additional access points to enhance the coverage area, for a one off fee of £60 + vat per access point required.

1.9 Should a range of other speed options be available at the winning location, we will provide the winner with the option to upgrade to their desired speed choice, however this will be subject to a monthly service fee, for a minimum of 12 calendar months.

1.10 If we are unable to contact the winner to award the prize within 28 days of the draw, then the winner forfeits their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to pick another winner at random from the remaining entries

1.11 We shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a prize winner in relation to this promotion or prize

1.12 Salon Comms does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the draw or being selected for the prize



2.1 Salon Comms reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who we reasonably believe violates the General Terms or Specific Terms 

2.2 All our decisions relating to a Promotion are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into

2.3 By entering the competition, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the draw being used by Salon Comms for the purposes of administering the prize draw

2.4 Salon Comms reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice

2.5 These General Terms and any Specific Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
